Total disappointment. Got there early and ordered. A full HOUR later, the (friendly and embarrassed) waitress tells us that they... are out of what we both ordered. We re-ordered something new, and after nearly ANOTHER hour we finally got our food... mostly. Ihad to wait more on what seemed like boxed au gratins. They weren't super busy either. The owner is apparently also the cook, sothe problems seem to come from the top. We were planning to give the place a second chance until I used the men's room: NASTY...Like old gas station with a key on a hubcab nasty. Smelled like urine and the white wall under the hand dryer was stained greasyblack. After seeing that, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Read more

Came with a party of 11. Called ahead for a reservation. Table was ready when we arrived. 8 of the party ordered the prime rib.... Took over an hour for the food to arrive. 7 of those who ordered the prime rib received their prime ribs with the potatoesarriving about 10 minutes later. The 8th person who ordered the prime rib was told after everyone received their orders thatthey didn't have a piece big enough for his order. This could have been communicated much earlier. It was mentioned that theprime rib was tough. I had the broasted chicken and it was good. Salad bar was out of plates and dressings when we went up toit. Probably won't return when back in the area. Not happy with Fireside. Had family there for dinner. I ordered Groud Sirloin Dinner, my Sirloin was like a piece of shoe... leather. Where did you get this Chef?? Service was slow, Salad Bar was minimal at best. Not like it use to be. Verydisappointing. Read more
