Prettiest executive Par 3 in Essex County. They do an excellent job keeping the grounds in tip-top shape

We have stayed at Wildwood Golf & RV Park off & on since 2015. This however, was our first stay Post CoVid. We initially... intended to stay for a month but ended up extending our stay twice. After two & 1/2 months of living here FT, we can honestlysay it is going to very difficult to find another RV PARK that lives up to this experience. The Owners & staff at both theResort & 19th Hole Restaurant have been truly amazing. They have gone above & beyond what we could ask or have imagined. Thankyou so much for your love & care for your entire Resort. We?ve spent time in Resorts in TN & North & South Carolina which werelovely, but definitely lacked the community feel you get here at Wildwood. Everyone has been so friendly & helpful. Keep upyour excellent Customer Service & your Resort will continue to thrive for years to come. Glenn & Laurie Read more

Shorter course with no par 5s, and mostly par 3s on the back 9. But I have to say WOW. The condition of the course is absolutely... IMMACULATE. I have never seen such lush fairways locally, and I have played nearly all courses within 50 km of here. Greatprices too, even on the drink vending machine on the back nine. Short but unforgiving course, highly recommend! Read more

My parents purchased an older home in the park. The owners Vale and Joe decided many years ago that they want the spot. They... first told my parents, the trailer is old. The site is one of the nicest in the park. The home was handed down to my brotherwho recently passed away. If you own in the park and wish to sell, only the owners in the park have the right to sell. At alarge commission rate. They have decided my family's trailer/home is worth nothing. And did an inspection that suggests thereis over $100,000 needed to bring the trailer up to Joe's standard. And when I asked for a estimate of the repairs. He offerednothing. Absolutely nothing in writing. Just whatever he feels necessary. And won't allow for the sale or occupancy until thetrailer is brought to Joe's standards. Whatever that means. Don't know. Just know they are suggesting a trailer that theysaid not a month ago in writing was worth $175,000 They have now decided the home might be worth nothing. Maybe $50,000. Whythe large devaluation. Ask them. They will give you their version. Again, not a month before, they estimated it at$175,000. My brother passed away before taking full possession of the trailer. But he had $30,000 worth of renovationscompleted before he passed.. Furnace, a/c, gas fireplace, complete renovation on the bathroom. New appliances. Painting.Hadroof maintenance to make sure no leaks. My brother is in a wheelchair. He had the funds to bring the trailer to a betterstandard. Better than when my parents comfortably live there for over 10 years. The trailer is cosmetically good. No visualconcerns. But the park is condemning the trailer. The roof that doesn't leak, Joe says it doesn't pass his inspection. Saysthe foundation is no good. But the home has been there over 40 years with no shifting of the foundation. And again...Joe'sstandards...with nothing in writing. Puts the home in an impossible position to sell. Especially when the salesperson is the Read more
