This place is horrendous!! Customer service inside is even worse then their food and that's hard to do!! Would leave zero stars... if I could!! Ordered dinner for my family online which was a huge mistake because they don't update the app to let you know whenit's ready nor did they put it in the portal to keep it hot. We were going to the outdoor theater to watch Grease, ordered online at 6:15pm, stated it would be ready 6:45pm, when I got... there to pick up, I was told it would be another 15 to 20 min. Don't know how this location has ANY 5 star reviews. I have issues everytime I order from here. Today I ordered online and it... wasn't ready when I got there even though I arrived a little later. Had to wait for them to make a new pizza. Was supposed tohave extra cheeze and pepperoni and it didn't. Also, the sauce tasted metallic. Read more

I've lived in Mchenry for 18 years which is most of my life. When I came here when I was younger the service and food was so... much better. The workers knew how to talk to customers and communicate with their co-workers. They also had their uniformon. Now sadly it doesn't feel like how it used to when I was younger. People are waiting forever this poor guy was handling theregister whilst it looked like the people in the back were purposely delaying service. A couple people didn't year their uniformand were in tank tops. I'm not very picky on clothing usually but with of how much little ceasers is advertised and how muchbusiness they get it makes me sad.
