This is our hometown McDonald's. We decided to go in to get breakfast they did not offer any help at the counter, they said they... were too busy in the drive-thru, I single-handedly watched at least 10 older people try to use the self-service kiosk butcouldn't figure it out and just walked out and drove away. The McDonald's lost or customers because of this, hopefully some CEOor something is reading this... All they would need is somebody hanging out in the lobby showing people how to use the kiosk,that same person could also be busting up and cleaning all these dirty tables I'm looking at....
