The whole inside looks revamped and very welcoming. They got my order wrong but corrected it immediately and came back and asked... if we wanted refreshed drinks. Plus I love the diet lemonade and their wrap is really good. Read more
I have been at this location many, many times, usually during the workday mornings and have always been impressed with the staff... and quality of the food. There is sometimes a backlog right behind the ordering kiosk which can deceptively add to your waittime, but I am usually out of there within 10 minutes and am almost always pleased with the service and food (10% of the time3/5, 80% of the time 4/5, 10% of the time 5/5 slice of heaven, knock your socks off good). My first visit to a Chic-fil-A. No need to go back. I heard how great it was, but no. My chicken strips were soft and mushy.... Just like frozen ones. The place was not clean. We could not see our granddaughter most of her time in the play area..mostlyblind spots. She is 3. The other children were at least 6. Kind of a bummer all around. Read more
