Chick-fil-A is yummy. Can?t ever take that away. However, the last two times they forget our brownies or cookies. First time,... didn?t notice till I was home and I wasn?t going to drive back. Chic fil a is typically great everywhere you go, but unfortunately my last trip to this location was a real bummer. I was... picking up lunch for my child for school. He has celiacs so as usual I told them and asked them to change their gloves andordered the grilled nuggets with french fries and a yogurt parfait with no granola. Unfortunately once I had gotten to my son'sschool, I realized that they forgot the yogurt parfait. At this point it was too late to go back. Thankfully I thought to checkhis nuggets and to my surprise they were not even the grilled nuggets. They were the regular chicken nuggets which would havemade him not have a lunch at all. So I had to hurry and go to another Chick-fil-A north of me and do the whole exact orderagain. Not only was I late to get my child lunch, I also had to pay for everything twice so that was not super great, I waspretty frustrated. Worst experience!!ordered online with carry out option for lunch break !!! Meaning a timed break ,go pick up order and get back... to work to find out food missing ,call multiple times for nobody to answer who up to pick up and multiple people to look at theorder placed on the phone only to do nothing! But say call corporate because we can?t do nothing according to owner ,like if apregnant hungry person has time and patience to make up a story over missing food on a timed lunch break!!!if you are not goingto fix YOUR mistake at least hire people that are not going to mess up or forget people?s food!!!!!!had to end up gettingMcDonald?s at least they gave me my food! This made me become vegetarian. I worked here and let me tell you....the chicken if LITERALLY frozen and they add grill marks to... make you believe its fresh. if you still find THAT appetizing be my guest and eat there....but the fries and literally COATED Insalt its disgusting. one of my friends that worked there tried a bite of the fries before they took off some salt and due tohealth reasons after that she has passed.
