Took the money out of my account, but due to it "not reflecting in their system" they made me run the card a second time, even... though I clearly showed them where the pending transaction on my bank account had already showed up and been deducted from mybalance. I told them it was going to charge the account a second time, they insisted that it wouldn't and made me run it again.When it indeed charged my account a second time, they refused to refund or cancel either transaction. I have now paid $24 for asubpar pizza and been met with a complete refusal to try and rectify the situation. They said one of the transactions will "falloff" in about 24 hours. When that doesn't happen, I'll be contacting the district manager and leaving this review on every siteuntil they make this right. Read more
