Reasonably priced burger place. Nathan provided us with great service. Husband enjoyed his Stadium Burger while I indulged in... my Lamb Burger. We also loved Square's corner lot, would stop by just to have wine with window views. One star deducted fortheir chairs were in serious need of restoring. Update on 8/28/2022 Revisited today. High Society Burger was yummy, SpicyOnion Rings crispy. I especially liked the Single Pork Chop, perfect portion for me. It was tender and delicious. Never a bigfan of mashed potatoes but this one tasted so good. Very smooth and buttery. Tried three beers and there were more on the listto be checked out. All good. Keeping my 4 stars review. Normally I avoid hamburger joints, but this changer my mind. The service was amazing and attentive. And the food was even... greater. The Creamy Cauliflower Soup was so rich and flavorful while the Mushroom Border burger was hearty and fulfilling. Iwould definitely recommend this to people in the downtown area! Read more
We love to visit McKinney and try to work a stop in to Square Burger while we are in town. The dining room is open and airy,... featuring large windows which allow for people watching while you eat. The bar area is open and is set to the left side of thedining room. We enjoyed a salad with chicken, as well as lamb burgers. The lamb had been ground up, much like a hamburger, andthe kids pronounced the burgers as 'delicious'! Read more
This place was a wonderful lunch stop! Good service and a delicious menu with a focus on fusion-style burgers. I tried the... Parmigiana burger which was a super fun twist with basil pesto and a ciabatta bun, as well as a loaded mac and cheese that wasdelicious as well. Read more

First time visiting this restaurant since adding to my bucket list of places to eat being newer to the area. Overall it was... mediocre. Staff greeted us upon arrival and we were seated (family of four) with no wait. The hostess seemed enthusiastic aboutus being first time visitors but didn?t offer any suggestions on what to order. Waiter was nice but didn?t serve any refills.Never really checked on us after food was served. Food was a good mix of modern/classics. I had the lamb burger which is servedon pita and the fried pickle was a nice touch to round out the plate. Serving portions were good for the price. Lemonade tastedlike it was made with gutter water. So just a mix all around to me hence the 3 star rating. Read more
