I was so pleased and overwhelmed with the service I was provided. Nina and Grace were such remarkable and vibrant barista/shift... lead. With their approach, their hospitality, people manners, and individuality, I want to go back to see them and get drinksfrom them and as a customer make sure they feel valuable! We had a conversation at the drive thru window, and it just camenatural how we addressed each other and our connection! I even came around closing and they still had a red cup on red cupday. This is the way service at any location, industry, and transaction between people should turn out. It?s HAWT in Texas so I stopped for a cold coffee as a treat. It was tasty but..um..mostly ice.

Florian made my day! I stopped at the Melissa location on my way over my son's swim classes which is in the same parking lot as... this location. They didn't make my drink correctly but I didn't have time to get it fixed. I stopped at this location after swimclass and asked if they could remake it. Which they did without hesitation. While waiting at the window Florian was veryfriendly and sweet!!!
