I don't want to waste too much time or energy to go into detail, but this location is horrible. I have no clue how corporate has... allowed this location to stay open. This isn't just the worst taco bell I've ever been too. It's the worst fast food location I've ever been to. They constantly are... out of basic menu items or key ingredients to basically anything on their menu (beef, chicken, cheese). Yesterday I tried to getbreakfast at 10:20 am and was informed they had run out of breakfast... okay no biggie, went back today at 8am when they opened,sat there for 10 minutes and no one said anything on the speaker. I assumed they were still setting up and I had an errand torun so I came back at 9:30am.... sat at the drivethru again for 10 minutes and no one answered, so I pulled up to the window andan employee inside met eyes with me and started laughing, and finally came to the window to inform me that the register was downat the window (could have told me that over the speaker) I then asked if I could just make my order at the window and she toldme I had to come in to order.... okay, so I park the car and try to go inside and the doors are locked and no one comes to thedoor. No employees are visible any longer. I realize I sound crazy for going this far out of my way to get taco bell, but atthis point I just wanted to see it through. We went for Pizza that has been discontinued again,??? That's why she told us. We got 2 Taco supremes meals. They had the... tinyest amount of cheese on them. Literally 10 pieces. Lettuce was old and meat was greasy. When we went to get the drinks, myhusband was asking for Pepsi, we were told Everything is Dr pepper. Even the diet drinks are Dr. Pepper. check your order bag before leaving, this store has dumb incompetent employees. 5 out of 6 visits wrong order or missing sauce... or something, even though they say is in the bag. taco cabana few miles north much more accurate. This Taco Bell is HORRIBLE! I door dashed from here and when I came in I waited 10mins just to get assistance about the... customers order. Sad to say the manager saw me walk in, ignored me and continued to flirt with what looked like a 17yr old boy.So I went to the shelf after one of the employees sat the bag out, saw it was my customers, retrieved some hot sauce, and wentto put it in the customers bag, and it was at that very moment the manager (some white woman with a horrible attitude), told meto put the bag back that it wasn?t mine. I told her it was, and that I was door dash, then she tried to take my phone out myhand. I snatched my phone away from her grasp and that?s when she became hostile and belligerent, and threatened to call thepolice on me. This lady racially and stereo typically profiled me as a thief, claiming there are a lot of ?my people? that comein just opening bags. TF!!!! And to add insult to injury, they didn?t even put all my customers food in the bag.
