Worst chipotle in Mclean. The least you could do is call to let me know you are out of some items and not have me not only pay... for my order but don?t issue a refund in store. Waste of my time and money. I drove to this chipotle to pick up my order andthey tell me at the store that items were missing. If I would have known I would have ordered from another store and the factthat I have to go through support team to get a refund of my missing items is stupid. Update: I just opened my bowl and burritoand half of my toppings was missing! The bowl was nearly EMPTY!! Mclean chipotle should stop hiring KIDS that don?t care aboutcustomer service. The mobile order experience is so bad. It said ready by 2:40 but wasn't untill 3:05 and it wasn't on the shelf I intercepted it... because otherwise I'd be waiting longer I notice they prepare for people waiting in line first regardless of how long it is andonly work on the mobile orders if noone is in line. Stood in line for over 40 minutes until they cleared the online orders before serving those in line. On top of that, my veggie... bowl was missing the beans & corn. All the Sauces were on one side or another.....Basically slopped together in a hurry. Sodisappointed. If they can't keep up, then shut down. I visit this chipotle regularly, but lately it has become a shitshow. There is never a one-time order. They keep ready-to-go... mobile orders in the back. Recently, this chipotle has a had problem that you can only use the credit card or have exact changewith you. This place is very dirty and the employees are very rude. They never have salad dressing throughout anytime of theday. Someone from corporate needs to come down here and fix this at chipotle. Read more
