The staff at this location is wonderful, but the salads at Chopt are uniformly meh, and that?s a problem considering that?s all... they have. Consistently leaves me with the feeling of eating a side salad at a highway stop. I?d love for them to look atSweetgreen or something similar to see how to do salads well. Read more
tldr: The food is great but the website is really bad. The one star rating is a bit harsh, but it's intended to get across the... point that there are like serious design flaws in their website/communication. The browser keeps erasing the password so youhave to reset it every time. Also it can be hard to figure out if they're open and they're not always responsive when you call.And finally they don't accept orders over the phone. Read more
