My husband and I have visited this location several times since purchasing our VP machine and the staff have all been friendly... and very helpful, no complaints at all. The line moved quickly when ppl go in with a purpose. Michael and Isabelle both went outof their way to promptly help us when our machine broke and eased our concerns. There?s a lot of stuffy, inpatient NoVa ppl whovisit this store but they need to have some courtesy - and maybe even a sense of humor - to handle this Tysons?s crew. They?regreat. Read more
This place was by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They are only polite when you show interest in buying one... of their new machine. Everytime I go there, I see one of the employees being salty to their customers. Read more
Absolutely frustrating experience. This store is still enforcing store capacity under covid rules. Very strict on where you... stand and wait. Cannot look at anything to figure out if you like it. Very rude. I will probably start ordering sleeves onlinejust so I don't have to deal with this nonsense. Read more
Salesman was disinterested (at best, otherwise borderline rude) at a few simple questions I had on pod flavors. Got one word... answers and some eye rolls. To add to it, I purchased 4 sleeves and when I got home one of them was incorrect. Read more
