This restaurant is about the same setup, food quantity, and price point (if not a little more expensive) as a 5 Guys but... unfortunately the execution falls short. The burgers and toppings were overall good, buns a bit thick but still fell apart. Thefries tasted good but the interior of some were undercooked. Couldn't try the onion rings as they weren't available. The shakewas the real miss here, I could not drink much of it as the flavor was way off. They have 70-some flavours, but these areproduced by using syrups- not a big deal except the syrups they use are 1883's which I believe are designed for hot drinks andcocktails. The chocolate at least definitely didn't taste correct in the milkshake. "Z" branded options were not unique- saucewas pretty clearly 1000 Island dressing and "Z Style" fries meant "with salt." Service was friendly but there seemed to beconfusion among workers- it wasn't a busy time so I can't speak to that issue further. Read more

This location is ok but with some work it can be good. I went on a Friday night and it was kind of busy. They had what looked... like a full staff but It seemed like they were all over the place and not operating efficiently. When I got to the register theclerk was having a hard time keying in my items and I had to go 3 different registers before they could get it right so that Ican pay for my food. I ordered ahead so my food was ready but I ordered shakes while I was there. Bad mistake. It took 20minutes to get those shakes. The burger I had was the bomb. The seasoned fries could have been cooked better. They were soggy. Ican tell they were blanched them but they didn't flash fry them to make them crispy. Anybody familiar with the boardwalk frycooking process will know what I'm talking about. It took a lot longer than it needed for me to receive my shakes. For me tospend $50 for 2 people I need the food to be excellent. This place is not bad but with some training I know it can be great. Theguy that was running the place was very enthusiastic and the customers all seemed to know and like him. I can tell all thestaff was trying hard. This was not a good experience. To start, I discovered the food was about $2/item more expensive than was listed online. I felt... pressured to tip. 2 of 3 items I ordered were wrong (burger was bizarrely wrong, they gave me the wrong side). The fries werebadly undercooked, and the burgers were small and burned. They were well staffed and seemed to be trying, but it was clear thatthey were not equipped to handle a Saturday night crowd and it was chaos. But that just isn't enough when you're charging $15+for a burger and fries. Read more
