If they had zero stars, that what this particular IHOP would get. We were there an hour and a half, I still didn't get my... order! After about 40 minutes, some food came out, mine what not what I ordered, my cousins was completely cold and tasteless.We tried pointing this out, no one really seemed to care. There there 3 other customers in the entire restaurant, so theycertainly weren't busy. I finally couldn't take it any more, we got up and went to pay for the food that was delivered, butmany other charges were also on the bill. I believe it was the manager who was trying to help us, but it was a hot mess. The 4 of us stopped in to have breakfast before heading to Lincoln city. 1st had to use restroom no toilet paper. No toilet seat... covers and trash everywhere. Got seated promptly. After seated a group of 8 came then another 2 groups of 4. Our order was takenfirst. Waited for a hour still no food. as we watched everyone around us get served food. Then our waiter came and said are youready for your check? We said so no food? Then delivered out food cold, no cooked all the way. My hubby was still eating whenwaiter brought checks and stood there and said now I can take care of that right now for you! We were treated like we weren?tgoing to pay. I ordered all natural roasted turky dinner and this is what I got. Food wasnt hot or neat. Looks sloppy and doesn't taste good.... Bread was soggy. Mashed potatoes cold, turkey wasnt hot and gravy container didnt even come with a lid. They also forgot to addmy side salad. Read more
