I came in on 11/23/22 and ordered a mega lovers skillet. The person I came with was given a plate with not fully cooked eggs and... something seemed a little off with my food as well. As I’m writing this today I have really bad food poisoning just in timefor thanksgiving. Thanks guys well done. Read more
I ordered online and picked up my order myself, my order was missing an item. I called to get a refund since I will not be... driving twice to pick up what they failed to add to my order. The manger was placed on the phone, she was demanding,unapologetic, and completely useless. Pretty much told me I have to get a refund online but she has no idea how?! I asked ifthey then take our money when we place the order online and they are not held liable for missing items and she said pretty muchyeah. I had to hang up I was so angry. What kind of costumer service is this? And that manager needs to be replaced not only forbeing rude and not handling the situation but for being completely un knowledgeable . Disappointed. They aren't ever very fast, but today was the worst service we have ever received there. We got our drinks, but... when it came time to order, nothing. It wasn't busy, the waitresses were cleaning tables, they would look up at us and then moveon. It was very odd, we seemed invisible to everyone. So we got up and went to pay for our drinks. They apologized and didn'tcharge us for the drinks, but we weren't there for drinks, we wanted to have dinner. On the plus side we did find a nicerestaurant that we wouldn't have normally stopped at. Service is hit or miss. Mostly, on point I had service where the waitress was constantly on personal call, laughing and ignoring... us except to bring us our food cold. I've had service that was excellent. I like all the pies I've tried, but the peanut butterpie is awesome!! Read more
