I've been patronizing various Neato Burrito locations for over 20 years, with equally great service across the board. I get the... same weird, personal concoction every time. Once (only once!) in all that time did I change my order and not get jalapeño fetasalsa. Yesterday, my husband went to pick up our order and the staff was very concerned, because I had used the "recent" optionto add my meal to the cart on my phone, and didn't look closely. So I messed up my own order. They noticed, and told him Ialways got jalapeño feta, except that one time I didn't, and that time I had a detailed note about it, and did he know if therewas a mistake? When he said he was sure I wanted it (I did!) they gave him a side container for me. I am so appreciative of ateam that knows their customers so well, and cares so much, and my dinner was, as always, fantastic. (And if you've never triedthe jalapeño feta salsa, you've GOT to try the jalapeño feta salsa!) Read more
