The place is quite good and BYOB. The robo server something fun for kids but not for adults. The food was decent and the service... was fast. Make sure you order them beer glasses ahead of time as it will take a long time to get them. You will get food waybefore getting beer glasses. My 8 year old cousin loved thr chicken nuggets. I have always lived Sakura. Tonight when a friend and I went , we were ready to order. I started to order and the waiter says to... me that the prices were not correct in the menu we were ordering from. They were $2.00 more. I believe that that is falseadvertisement. After reconsidering leaving we decided to stay against our better judgment. I ordered chicken fried rice. Aftertaking a few bites I realized he had brought me regular fried rice. I explained to him that I ordered chicken fried rice. Heasked if I wanted him to get me chicken fried rice. I said yes. That is what I ordered. He literally took it back. Added chickento my already eaten a few bites of rice and brought it back to me. I?m pretty sure this is a health violation. In order to addthe chicken he would have had to take the rice, that I just had my used fork in, off the plate, probably put on the griddle, addthe chicken, mix it together with a utensil they probably used for other customers food as well, brought it back to me where itwas visible what they had done. I asked him about it. He agreed that is what he did. I told him to take it back and remove itfrom my check. At this point I was questioning the quality of my sushi rolls that were in front of me. I will not ever go backthere. And have also considered reporting them to the health board or even better business bureau but not sure how to do it. Read more
