It's Sheetz. What's not to love? Promiscuous photos all around for the young boys and girls to view the bathroom is a fairly... clean even though you only ever find one sink at works see a lot of them being rebuilt too she must be doing good as far asprofit goes sheetz should have an employee appreciation Day and a customer appreciation day cuz without us guess what ? Thought I would stop here for a cup of coffee and a hash brown. There were four kiosk and only one works. I left and went to the... Sheetz on Market street where I was heading to but thought I would give this Sheetz another chance. My husband worked at theArmy recruiter office across the street and they would have to drive to the market Street Sheetz because the fountain drinksdidn?t work or the kiosk were not working. Ordered food to go and received the wrong order. Took a picture if the wrong order and kept my ticket and went back in within... the same day and simply asked to have my order filled correctly. Supervisor knew the orders were messed up but denied to fill itand then began on a list of reasons of why he would not fill it including one of them being that I kept my ticket just to haveit refilled. After trying to show him the picture that I took of my wrong order with the ticket with it he said he didn't wantto see it and I would have to contact customer service. Got through all that for a 5 dollar mistake...... I then asked for thecontact information for the store manager and was denied. Shameful service to say the least. This supervisor's name was Sam. Thank you for being open on Christmas Day! Everyone did a great job. It was very busy and the employees were wonderful and kept... working through it. As mentioned in another review...the only place open...Thank you for being open and working today! Also tothat reviewer...the entire service industry is working with a limited staff. Everyone there did great! I ordered online andwaited a little longer than usual, but I figured it would be busy when I placed my order. I waited my turn and got my order.Pretty easy. No complaints.
