Wow, so mediocre. Idk if there are Piccadilly's in this part of the country, but this place tastes exactly like it. It's like... cafeteria food. They make frozen dinners also, and I'll be damned if they aren't just microwaving frozen dinners in thiskitchen. It's cheap, it's fine, it's not very good. Read more

When purchasing my dine in meal, there was a malfunction with the POS system. The clerk retrieved the manager, who reset the... system. The malfunction continued. He ordered me to step aside while he took other customers. With each customer he took, hemade it a point to point out that the system wasn't the problem it was my card. Vocally, and loudly. Making pointing gestures inmy direction as he did so. It was unbelievably unprofessional manner to handle a malfunctioning POS system situation bynonverbally but physically directing the blame on the customer, to other paying customers, as the source of their inconvenience.It was, for a lack of better term, wholesale embarrassing.
