I went in at 6:30 am after ordering on the app... part of my order was ready.. other part I told aldi that I was waiting for my... ice coffe and had ordered on app.. #348.. She kept yelling it's not here and showing me the stickers for #350... she said maybeyou order a diffrent dunkin... I said no cause I have part of order here... kept saying its normt here... finally she foundit... then I told her cause I ordered on app I get a free medium drink hot or iced.. she told me no .. I then preceded to showher I ordered and the number of said order... she then kept saying stuff... I asked for managers name she kept giving hers and Itold her tour not the manager. then she says I gave your stuff why do you need managers name... she finally gave me his name...there was an older gentlemen working w her he was doing the bacon and sandwiches.. he kept telling her to stop. Nice place. Quiet with proper music volume.
There are just 2 people working this seaport Dunkin. And they're just busy handling mobile orders. I had to wait close to 10... minutes to get my order taken (there was just 1 person ahead of me the whole time) and another 10 mins to get my order. So ifyou want to wait 20-25 minutes for a coffee and bagel, go here. Otherwise there is a Starbucks right around the block. Read more
