My only wish is that they blend their iced coffee drinks instead of just pouring their syrups to sink to the bottom of the cups.... 2 days ago I bought a med iced mocha coffee with extra mocha, was charged 25 cents extra, and I could barely taste the mocha.Plus they didn't fill my drink to the top. If I'm paying extra, then add what I pay for. I did not take a sip, yet when I tookthese photos. It was dead. I order my coffee and food. I get my coffee immediately. 15 minutes goes by and I?m still waiting on my food. I... order another beverage, I get that immediately. My husband goes to ask how much longer for our food, we find out that theydidn?t even start to make the food because no one looked up at the screen that has the orders(..what..). We had somewhere to be,so we couldn?t wait any longer unfortunately. We ask for a refund since we couldn?t wait, manager comes over to issue it, butinstead of issuing it, she charges the card again..we are now waiting to deal with the franchise owner to be issued a $22 refundsince we never got our food, and were charged for the amount that was to be refunded! I tried to call the store 3 times, noanswer and at the end of the ringing the phone just hung up, so I couldn?t even leave a message. This is really frustrating. Read more
