Checked Google for something local and Cactus Cafe popped up, close by in a strip mall. We did take out because all the tables... were full. The food was outstanding, I had a smoked brisket enchilada with rice and beans and hubby had 2 chicken tacos withrice and beans. Each meal came with a soda. The prices were absolutely reasonable. The food was good! I ordered a chicken burrito for my son and I. What impressed me a lot about this place was that when I called... to ask about if the food contained my sons food allergies, the girl I spoke to was so sweet and really helpful! Most foodworkers sound like a deer in headlights when I ask about ingredients because they don?t know what they are serving but this girlconfidently knew right off the bat that sesame is not on their menu! I was very impressed and excited that we could eat theirfood. I wish all restaurants would take pointers from Cactus and understand the menu a little better. This place is great! Food is always fantastic. Staff is always great and FAST! My wife usually grabs food on her way home from... work with my children and they are gracious enough to run the food out to the car. You can find me here with the guys I work with after an extra long night, and day of completing a project. Usually the last day... of a project we stroll in after 9 pm for a special treat of authentic Latin food, and an amazing signature Sangria. The food isalways made fresh to order. The staff is clean polite, and professional. I love the fact they have a checker boards on everytable. It allows me to test my skills with my co workers/friends. If your there after 9 and see a loud group of constructionworkers filling there face and laughing to loud. It's probably us.
