I placed an order for over $80 via doordash. The Medford restaurant was unable to fulfill my order due to not having oxtail or... jerk chicken wings. I received a call from the restaurant staff offering other options. I declined their offer and told them Iwill cancel the order, the staff said okay. While attempting to cancel the order though the doordash app, I noticed that therestaurant changed my order (without my knowledge) and it was being delivered anyway. I called the restaurant, the same staffsaid that she had already changed my order before the Initial phone call. How is that even possible; when she called she wasoffering options for me to pick from. Their ethical meter is broken. The staff was combative and was in denial. She refused toeven acknowledge that she did anything wrong. I have learned my lesson. I shall never order from them again and I say buyerbeware. Read more
