Ordered a birthday fruit arrangement a few days in advance and on the day of I receive a call from the Medford NY store ... telling me THEY CANT DELIVER , he doesn?t have enough trucks . What? You didn?t know this a few days ago ?So I asked well whocan deliver ? He gives me the address if another store . I ask for a promo code he says ?no I can?t do that? !! I try to placeanother order with the other store now it?s more money for ?same day delivery ? and then this store couldn?t deliver becausetheir truck was out for deliveries already . Talk about bad service ! All he had to do was make up an order and deliver ithimself or send someone else . He also should have offered me a promo code. I called customer service they can?t deliver untilthe next day . Forget about edible ,expensive fruit ,no delivery ,no service arrangements !!! Read more
