The young gal was very sweet. She did try to upsell to a medium but I caught her and declined. If I hadn't already had my one... coffee of the day, that's what I would have ordered. I asked for extra hot since I was driving back to Ashland from Medford andthat's what I got - a hot, delicious mocha. They are usually always conversational which is when I tip best. Well done! If you are not going here during the morning good luck getting a coffee in a timely manner. A few employees that work here think... it's OK to have friends come through the drive through and hold up lines and still get orders wrong. They treat the placepoorly, the outside is never maintained, the males that work here are the rudest entitled teenagers and the friends they keepare more rude and dumb. I'm done with dutch bros from medford. I have been waiting in line for more then 15 mins, and i am the car behind the window. There was no line prior to come here.... there is absolutely no reason for the workers to be talking to the car for more than 5 minutes. People got places to be, this issupposed to be a fast service but everytime I come here they take FOREVER! By the time i get my drink it?s already melted bc ofhow long they talk to people in the window. Speed it up, this isn?t a sit down coffee shop where you can talk the customers earoff. Read more
