Ordered a pizza and a couple water bottles. Didn’t receive the water bottles. I ordered online and didn’t receive an email... or receipt. I called to explain I didn’t get my water or an email so I wasn’t able to check if I paid for the water and hehung up on me. They should hire someone who isn’t a child. I get a lot of people probably don’t wait long for pizza but the lobby at this location is always dusty, I would guess they... probably haven’t bothered to pay much attention to the bench’s in the front but it’s kind of gross. Oh and the cobwebs inthe corners…. Makes you wonder about the rest of the place. I think there air conditioner is broken too because while waitingman it was hot in there, feel bad for the employees if that’s the case. 100 + degree day and no air just fans…. Read more

Papa Johns in Medford, OR is always good. The staff are always nice. The delivery drivers are super nice and fast. The in-store... staff are quiet when you go in to pick up but they are quick to help. The pizza is the basic papa johns but it is always madevery well.
