Was looking for a good bowl of soup and found this little gem next to the Asian market in Medford. They did not disappoint. My... katsu soup was delicious. The fatty pork was melt in your mouth tender. It is a small space with about 10 tables. Drop in ifyou are looking for good soup. There are other things on the menu but I haven't tried any yet. It?s hard to find spicy food in the area that is actually spicy, so we were pleasantly surprised by the kick that the red miso... ramen offered. I found the flavor of the tonkotsu ramen was overwhelming before I was halfway through. However, we didn?t feelthat way about the miso ramen. The sushi was fresh, and the staff was friendly. The appetizer came after our ramen did, whichwas a bit odd, but not a big deal. Four stars because we?ve had better ramen elsewhere, and the service could?ve been moreattentive. Having said that, we would definitely return in the future for sushi and poke bowls. Read more

We love Tosu it?s our favorite restaurant in Medford, coming from Hawaii I know what good fish is and this place has got it!... Some of my favorite things to get here are the Red cherry roll, California roll, Tuna roll, The Alaskan, Tonkatsu ramen withblack garlic oil, O.M.G roll and they have excellent priced sushi great for a family or a date.
