I have been a fan of the franchise since back in my college days at the North Miami Beach one, but this location always seems to... miss the mark on food. The mozz sticks were lower quality frozen style (as expected) dressed up with a little parm cheese, typically they are ok if served hot and gooey but these were already cool when they hit the table. The cheese fries were thebest part of the entire experience, but really no comparison to Outback or Texas Roadhouse cheese fries. The alfredo chickenparm was a travesty. The pasta was old, cold and already hard on the edges (from being microwaved?) and tasted like those cheapKnor sauce ones you can mix at home. The chicken was just a cheap breaded cutlet with some cheese sprinkled on, but at leastthis was edible whereas the pasta was not. I ordered the pear salad and was very disappointed. The chicken had that bitterburnt flavor from being grilled. The 'candied' pears were just a few pieces of canned pear that didn't seem very fresh, norsweet. They forgot the nuts, so literally got a plate of cold burnt chicken and lettuce with some sad pear bits. The goat cheesecrumbles were a very paltry few. Overall waste of money. Read more

Just sitting here waiting for my food... for 50 minutes since we ordered now. Going to be late to our 8 o'clock ... destination! Edit: It took an hour 15 to get our food. No silverware though. ???? We ate, paid & left in 16 minutes. I wish ihad time to take more pics. Almost $200 with tip. Thank you for the offer to contact. I will. Read more

Food is usually good.... but never order curbside. Ordered curbside pick up. Waited almost an hour and a half for my food. Had... to call twice. Thankfully the manager was nice enough to refund my entire meal and rectify the situation but the tag clearlydais curbside. I understand it was a Saturday night.. but I saw an entire party of 6 walk in and out. Before I said something. Read more

The service was terrible. We were sat and the restaurant was not busy at all but i had to go to the front to ask for a server to... come to the table after waiting about 10 minutes. The silverware was not clean so we had to ask for new, it?s not wrapped so Iwas shocked they even put it on table. It took a really long time to get the food some of it was cold but I couldn?t get itfresh because the server didn?t come back to the table for quite some time after dropping the food off. We only saw her 3xs oncewhen she brought out our appetizer (which we placed through the hostess as well as drinks) and took our food order, again whenshe brought out the meals and after about 15-20 min. Later to check on how the food was. We ended up cashing out with thebartender because the server never came back. As we were leaving we noticed her talking through the window with the cookslaughing and having a good time. So disappointing. Read more
