This review relates to service at this location (the food and coffee is as expected at any Stbx). After several miscues by their... staff (one or two or three is easy to brush aside), it's time to speak up. Management, please do a better job here. I don't wantto post a treatise here about what's gone wrong, but it's bad. And, sometimes, a "sorry, have a good day" just isn't enough tomake up for it.... especially when you walk out with cold food that's supposed to be hot. There's plenty of options around thearea (including a Wawa next door); I'll definitely think harder about stopping into this Stbx store next time. All of that said,yes, Tony is awesome. Read more
