Customer service for my wife was horrible. A barista made it personal by telling her all she ever does is complain. My wife... goes to the other two Starbucks here in Medicine Hat and has no problems, speaking with staff and having no issues with herorder. The staff do not make her drinks properly at the Trans-Canada Way location and she states she will not return. Shewanted to call and speak with a manager but felt so hurt that she didn?t feel it would ever make a difference, and that isprobably the worst thing you can say about any retail location. Read more
