Rude staff. Had ordered a deliver order waited almost 2 hours still no food.. I had called them 3 times and they said the driver... was on the way twice I was waiting out side for over 15 minutes. Then asked them to remake food and I would go get it. Got therethey then said they would not remake the samdwhich that nobody would answer the door or phone.. staff was rude about it andmanager tried to cut me.off mid sentence. Update i called and asked for the district managers number the rude mangerr then toldme to get it online I said no I called you need to give it to me thats you Job. I called to place an order on 8/15 and was told delivery was $3. I asked the man when it had gone up from $1.50. His answer was... "Where have you been. It's been $3 for years." I had an order delivered 8/8 and delivery was " $1.50. I called today and wasadvised delivery to my address is $1.50. I live a few blocks away. I didn't place the order. Although I really like theirsandwiches I will not order again. He was rude and incompetent! I always tip $3.00. Sandwichs are good but not worth almostdouble for tip and delivery. Read more
