We came to Santosuosso?s on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint!! We came on a Wednesday afternoon and... they were fairly busy with just one waitress (Jennifer). She handled all the tables so efficiently and the hostess and kitchenstaff all were on deck helping. It was so nice to see them all work together without complaint!! We had the garlic shrimpappetizer (YUM!), lasagna and stuffed shells with a side of meatballs. Everything was delicious!! I can understand being short-handed however a little more communication with customers waiting would be helpful. I am a former... server so I watch staff and how they work with each other. It would be good business for the hostesses to not look at customerssitting and waiting with terrified looks but walk over to the tables and advise on the wait. Read more

Been going there for years and years. Two Fathers days ago my Son took mr there, we waited over an hour for food to arrive,... swore I would never go back. Went once since, waited again. Today was the last straw. Hardly anyone in the restaurant, since weknow it takes a long time we ordered as soon as we sat down. Waited 10 minutes for my wife's margarita, after another 15Minutes, had to ask for salads. The men in the booth next to us , came in after us. had salads, and food long before us. Weordered a meal for my Son to go right after we ordered are meals , because we know how slow they are. After we got DONE eating,we waited another 15 minutes for are togo order. And the final kick in the balls was waiting for are waitress who we rarely saw,to not come back with our card. I had to ask another girl to get are card back.It would be a different story if they wereslammed, but again, hardly anyone in the place. I will NEVER go back, which is sad because I have a gift card I forgot to bring,that I will give away now, to save me from heart burn and heart ache. Read more

I have a hard time paying 30 dollars for a pie. They also charge you a call in fee(first one I think I?ve ever paid) for 1.80 and THEN they also have a gratuity line for carry out.
