If you are looking for a different dining experience well this is it. The steaks are worth the price of admission??simply... delicious! They come fresh off the pitchfork. The rest of the food and drinks were buffet style and nothing special. They hadlive music which was nice. Plenty of parking spaces and outdoor seating there. No adult beverages available for sale therehowever I did see some people bring their own. Read more
The atmosphere of this place and overall experience is very nice. You drive up to the top of the hill which overlooks the town... of Medora, Montana. They have horseshoe and cornhole games set up. You choose steak, hot dog or buffet only. You can ordertickets ahead of time or pay when you get there. You line up and they put a sticker on your chest of either hot dog ir steak.Hot dogs are around $9 with buffet. Steak is around $35.95 each. Price is fair for what you get. The buffet includes fruit,bread, baked beans, coleslaw, baked potato with butter & sour cream, raw veggies with ranch, and dessert- brownies and cinnamonsugar cake doughnuts. Drinks include water or lemonade. You can pay more for canned beer or bottles of wine. They takepitchforks and put about 20-30 steaks on it. Then they cook it in a big pot of oil. Food is served in buffet style salad bars.Then you go over to the cook and they serve you a steak or hot dog. Careful of flies. The amount of food is generous. Our steak was good. Musical entertainment during dinner. Beautiful view of Badlands and Medora.

Pretty expensive I think it was around $52 with taxes. The steak was too crispy for my preference too. The portions were good... though. We got there early so got to the front of the line but there must of been around 200ish people lined up behind us and itkept building as more people went to sit. Lots of seats though and lots of parking but you'll probably have to park far away onthe gravel. There was also alcohol and soda available for purchase and live music playing. I was hoping it'd be more like adinner and show but you literally line up like cafeteria/buffet style and go through and load up your lunch tray. Read more
