Terrible management. Having a special night for my daughter and she requested Papa Gino's, started trying to place my order... online at 5:50 and kept getting "I'm sorry please try again or call the store to finish your order" messages for 20minutes. Finally call, wait on hold for 10 more minutes to be told they can't use the coupon from their website and won't honorthe deal manually "we can't do that anymore". Clearly a management team that has forgotten their most important asset, theircustomers. Ordered Dominos instead and guess what? Got my free pizza and it was a 15 minute wait instead of a 45.
