I am so tired of tipping at places where it shouldn't be customary. I'm paying around $9 for a sandwich. You didn't wait my... table or do a cool spinny trick with my sub while making it. Place an order online? Asks for a tip. Put in zero tip. Get tostore, must sign receipt, that again asks for a tip. Same in store. Asks for a tip at the credit card screen, then they printout a receipt asking for another tip. I'm totally sure that no employees who see no tip up front would ever mess with my foodor go slower on my order. You paying minimum wage or above Jimmy's? Subway had ran out of what I wanted so I came next door to Jimmy John's to get one of my favs. There was one order in front of... me and the worker guy tried to hand him the sandwhich no bag or anything. The customer had to get it himself. Then when mine wasready they tried to do the same and I asked for them to please bag it. The lady stood there looking at me like I was crazy with5 heads all because I asked for a bag and some napkins. Even tho my food was good I won't be back. Read more

My first time eating here today ive never ate at jimmy johns because some one told me not to bother not worth it, so never did... but i pulled into subway and said to my bf maybe we should try jimmy johns so we did. honestly I wasn't impressed the personthat took my order I ordered a ham with American cheese, mayo ,lettuce, salt and pepper, pickles, and cucumbers . I got hamprovolone, mayo, lettuce and pickles. So I HATE provolone when I seen it I got up and asked if I can get American cheesebecause I have provolone they said no because the American cheese is only for a certain sandwich which is limited time only ...I did give a dirty look because that just sounds crazy that you only have 1 kind of cheese... so that's why I gave 2 stars andI should of never went there Read more
