This is a hard review to leave, because I hate leaving reviews when I haven't actually tried the food. I might change this... review later when they get themselves more staffing, but I can't help but leave the review because of the amount of hassle Iwent through. I ordered via the KFC app for their "quick pick up" - which is supposed to be ready very fast and on the counterin the lobby waiting for you. The app worked great and the food was ready within minutes. When I got there, a minute after itwas ready, the lobby was closed. I called and was told I'd have to go through the drive thru, which was incredibly long. Icouldn't wait that long, and honestly didn't want to - my food was already packaged and ready. By the time I got it and gothome, it would have been sitting for at least 30+ minutes in the bucket. So I asked if they could just cancel it for me, andthey said no. Apparently they cannot cancel ordered placed through the KFC website or app. Crazy, right? Told me to press thecancel button, of which there wasn't one. Told me to tell my friends they were hiring, though... ... So now I've had to sendemails to request a refund, because they stop staffing their customer service and live chat at this time of night. (Update:still haven't gotten food there just yet, but the owner did call to apologize for the issues, and I appreciated that very much,so bumped up the stars a bit to reflect the good customer service.) I went through at 8:11pm ,my ticket number was #1863 and the cashier woman who took my orders name is Raquel. Let me just say... she was very very helpful helping me with the menu . I had thought my order came with a side when it doesn?t. So when I pulledback around she took care of me with a great spirit and was not upset or anything at all. Went through drive through as counter was not open due to staffing issues. Although very busy the person taking the order was... very helpful. Ordered my potatoes with no gravy and a 3 piece chicken meal. Drove less than 3 miles and opened food. Potatoeshad gravy which I did not want. Food was lukewarm at best. The chicken was so greasy it was practically inedible. I should havejust thrown it out but I was hungry. I should have taken a picture of the pile of bones and greasy skin. Everything I touchedwas greasy. I have not had KFC for quite a while. I'm not sure if this is an issue with just this store or the whole franchise.I will not be eating here again.
