Taj is a great stop for dinner on the way down to Miami! All the food I ate was delicious and authentic, and I’m speaking as... an Indian. The Dosa was crispy and perfectly cooked. The naan was soft just as it was supposed to be. And, the curries, MalaiKofta and Matar Paneer, were rich and spicy.
