Taj is a great stop for dinner on the way down to Miami! All the food I ate was delicious and authentic, and I’m speaking as... an Indian. The Dosa was crispy and perfectly cooked. The naan was soft just as it was supposed to be. And, the curries, MalaiKofta and Matar Paneer, were rich and spicy. The Experience of tasting Amazing, authentic Indian Cuisine with a fusion twist is the best way I can describe this flavorful... gem of a restaurant! Not too mention the professionalism of the staff who were very attentive and personable! Chef Andrew was atotal delight! He came out personally to check not only on us but the other guest as well to make sure everything was just rightand to our liking! We would have taken pics but the food looked so inviting and tasted so delicious that we totally forgot!We’ll save that for the next time we come back! Which will be very soon! We are happy to have a new option of Indian food in town. We went there for the first time last week and after looking at the... reviews my hopes were not up. We still gave a try following the recommendation of our good friend Andrew. We were notdisappointed. We could taste the freshness in every dish and everything was delicious. The server was friendly and was willingto change our fountain drinks when we told her the taste of it was not good. She quickly gave us bottled water. We willdefinitely go back for more.
