I guess it is out of convenience that I have frequented this place so many times over the years as I do work in the area. I feel... like an abused partner that just keeps going back to an abusive relationship. It is, in fact, always an extraordinary adventurewhen I order food here. Maybe that is why I keep torturing myself, simply just to see what will happen next. I guess that I am aglutton for punishment because the experience gets amazingly worse every time. It's astonishing really. We would be here fordays if I lamented all the strange and bizarre oddities that have happened in my five+ years of unrecognized loyalty. When weget down to brass tacks, this establishment is just unfortunate all around. The poor employees must get paid in the leftovers ofthe day because they have zero motivation and a none existent regard for the customer experience. Management, well, I can safelysay that I am not positive there even is a management team because I cannot fathom any person of authority allowing this levelof dreadfulness to continue for this long. The atrocious part of it all, and the miracle really, is they seemingly do not carecare about improving whatsoever. I want to say hats off to them for being able to underachieve for years on end and still beable to keep the lights on, brilliant! I do so wish I could do less than the bare minimum at my job and still be employed,incredible. Well, that is all of my energy you will get out of this review today. Terrible service at this location. The staff seemed like none of them wanted to be there. I received a wrap that, once I got... home and began eating, I realized was half full compared to another location (Viera) where I had the same wrap. Not to mention,it was missing a key ingredient. When I drove back to the location and presented the issue (with the wrap in hand) I wastreated like a bother, given no one to speak to besides the person in front of me (Sashali) and never once did they expressconcern that they sold me a wrap that was missing the ingredients advertised on the menu. I can go on but just let me say, thenew owners here do not know how to run a service business and I would highly recommend making the drive to the Viera orRockledge locations. And for the people that took care of me (Andrew I think) and Sashali, they should be working somewherethat they don't have to interact with customers. Read more
Over months of using this location for the convenience, even after so many mistakes and issues with orders, I personally will... never order food from here again, and you shouldn't either. They tried to reserve me food that had left the building withanother person and brought back. They refused to issue a refund and I left without food but they kept my money. They need anoverhaul of management or something. This place really sucks. Read more

I've been to thus location 3 different times. And that will be it for me. During all my visits I've ordered the same item. A... large Strawberry banana pineapple smoothie. And all 3 times I've not gotten. What I ordered. The 1st time I received aFlatbread pizza. The 2nd time I received a peanut butter tasting smoothie. And the 3rd time was some green colored smoothie. I accepted it while chuckling to my self. I'm the only person in here. How can you mess this up that bad. I will venturedown the road now to the competition.
