Every single time I order here they take forever and they NEVER deliver the whole order. I have had to wait on them to come back... or drive to the store myself. Ordered online and said it was supposed to be here in 45 minutes. I waited a little over an hour to call. Had to call multiple... times as no one would answer and the system would finally kick the call. When someone finally answered, they had the person atthe store with the most broken English imaginable answering the phone. She asked me if I was fine waiting another 15-25 minutesfor my food. No apologies. None. I go to the store to pick it up. Oooooops, they gave my food to someone else. That?s not why itwasn?t delivered; they only realized it when I showed up just in time to ?stop? them from giving it to a driver. Amazingly,everyone there spoke great English; just not the person on the phone. Management would do well to learn to use people to thebest of their abilities. Maybe the lines would get answered faster. But back to the food. Their response to my food missing?Hey it was a mess up, give us a 10 more minutes, even though we?re already more than an hour late! BEWARE! The absolute worst Pizza Hut ever! These people are strange and incompetent! I waited for my delivery order for over an... hour just to find out that the driver took it back to the store. He claimed that he knocked and called. We didn?t hear or seeeither! Furthermore I have to be at work in an hour ! My order was contactless but They told me that I should have put a note onthe door saying please leave at the door (because everyone does it) Pizza Hut is not fedex or any other postal service so I hadno idea that I had to follow other instructions in order to receive my contactless order. When I got to the store the managerstared at me with a blank stare the whole time that I talked to him as if he couldn?t understand English! This is the worst andI will be contacting corporate! This place has horrible customer service , and I will not be returning. I have tried this location before and each time the... service abs food gets worse. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!! If I could give this location NO STARS Iwould. Today I ordered some cheese sticks. They were dark brown on top as if they were overcooked. In fact the cheese was verybrown and looked almost burnt. When I asked the young lady why the cheese sticks were so brown she paused and then said "ummmwell it's just how it comes out of the oven" while looking over at her other coworkers as if she was pleading for theirassistance in finding an excuse. I have ordered cheese sticks a dozen times from many Pizza Hut locations, they are NOT supposedto be that dark. So I asked for them to be remade. The entire time i was very polite and respectful to her. She agreed, turnedaround to her coworker, made a face and rolled her eyes. She obviously didn't think I could get her. The guy who made the cheesesticks also made a disapproving face as he shook his head. I thought about it for a minute and then decided to request a refund.I picked up food from another restaurant instead of dealing with employees with horrible attitudes and subpar food. Bottomline...the food was not prepared correctly. And I'm pretty sure those employees would not want to go to another restaurant, havesomeone overcook their food, lie to them about why it looked that way and then give annoyed looks because they wanted the foodto be prepared the correct way. That is all I was asking...to have the food prepared correctly. I live less than five minutesfrom this location. I will NEVER order pizza from this location again!!!
