Genuine Mexican, however, I found it cold. Please turn heater on. It was also unkept. Location could use a little deep cleaning.... Food was adequate, but certainly not as good as other places. Staff was wonderful, but could. It overcome overall displeasureof the environment. Read more

I work at this area and I'm a heavy fan of Mexican food so I can be critical of these restaurants around one of Chicago's... "Mexican" areas. For me, it was just ok. The food is ok so far from what I have tried. Lots of selections. But a little over priced. If you are coming here, be sure to... pay with cash. There is service charge if you are paying with card. Also there is a 10.5% sales tax and a Melrose park 2% tax .I?m not from the area so it seemed expensive for the food I ordered. Read more

I ordered the carne India and it was so greasy and smelled like fish! I went back to the restaurant to get my money back and the... guy was very rude and defensive when I told him about the food. He went into the back and was talking and laughing about thesituation with another employee.
