It was my first time going there because I was recommended. My experince was horrible. One of the girls that took our orders... through drive thru was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Based on the server name on the cup I believe her name to be LISMARY. Lots ofadditude taking orders and shows impatience with customers even though we were the only ones in line. The drive thru attendant was so rude! Imagine hyping this place for a friend and being excited to have them try it but getting a... horrible customer service experience that ruins even your mood leaving the place. LISMARY gave us an visible attitude more thanonce, first over the drive thru and then when asking for a cup holder at the window where she sighed/scoffed and SLAMMED THEWINDOW - when we checked her unnecessary attitude! thanks for killing the experience! Our family has been going here since they opened. In the beginning the service was quick and efficient. But, the last 4 times we... have tried going (over 2 months) we wait at least 15-20 minutes for our smoothies and the staff seems confused on what weordered. The last time I went ( the last time I will go ) we ordered the smoothie and wrap combo. They had no idea we evenordered wraps and after the 3rd person came to the drive thru window to ask why we are still waiting we asked to be refunded andleft. There were 6 cars behind us honking thinking we were holding them up and no apologies were ever made from the staff ormanagement for the wait. Very disappointed, my salad chicken thai had pieces of bad lettuce I show them but like they didn't care not even offer to make... up this inconvenience! I paid almost 20.00 and this what I get ? Manager did not apologize to what my order look. Or a discountor replace my order. Very disappointing this lack of professionalism! They need to be more careful with these things! Read more

I love this place! I get a smoothie before work at least 2-3 times a week. I usually aim for a green smoothie but not always. ... Liz is the best. She always makes my smoothies so smooth with out any chunks in it. Her customer service is amazing too. Sheis always smiling and so upbeat and very polite! I'm so glad to have a healthier option for breakfast on the go around here. Read more
