1st off it was dirty everywhere... 2nd ask they cared about was drive thru. I ordered before people even arrived in the DT and... they got food before us. It was close to a half hr from the time I stepped in to the time we got our food. And the food wasn'teven fresh or good for that matter. By far the worse Wendy's I ever been too. I see nothing has changed at this location. 3rdthey didn't have straws or napkins stocked. 4th they were rude. Read more

Horrible, horrible and again I say horrible. They don?t answer the phone. Management is bad at inventory. Two nights in a row no... baked potatoes and no chili. No vanilla Frosties. No salads. If you are running out of food hours before closing, you aren?tordering enough. This is basic inventory 101. If you are running low, you make more. At this point you should know what isrequired to keep the business functional. The attitude is very nonchalant for not having the food requested. Being one whomanaged a restaurant, this is an unacceptable attitude. Don?t go here unless you want nothing other than a burger, because theyare all out. Ghetto as can be. Not a single person working that place when the line around the drive thru was 5 cars deep. Workers standing... outside the restaurant talking and didn't bother telling the cars that they didn't want to work. No one was behind the registerunless they had robbed the place. Black guy in a sagging pants and dirty underwear was seen around the front counter. The entrydoor was filthy with fingerprints. I went to order some dinner for my family at 7:00 in the afternoon on Wednesday the 30th of November. After waiting about 5... minutes at the drive-thru I was told by a very rude and inconsiderate employee that they were no longer taking orders. What kindof place is this that doesn't take orders on a Wednesday evening? I was very disappointed not only with the lack of professionalattitude that this employee exhibited but the fact that they did not have any kind of signs and make somebody wait only to betold that they are no longer taking orders. If the employees don't want to do their job than new employees need to be found orthis facility needs to be closed down. At the very least they need to teach their employees to have an appreciation for theirjobs and to do it with a professional attitude and not a vulgar and condescending attitude that reflects poorly on Wendy's Read more
