I?ve been to this location a few times always early evening. The staff is friendly and food is fine. A few days ago I sent my... daughter. She picked up 6 meals, fries and baklava. The bill came out around $70. When I went to eat my salad, the small side ofhot sauce was missing. Maybe my daughter forgot to ask for it. No big deal. I saved my meal for the next day and had some fries.I went back the next day midday and asked for the side of hot sauce. The employee, possibly the owner, as he acted as such, toldme he wouldn?t give me the hot sauce unless I ordered a meal. I explained the situation and then he said I could buy it for $5.Finally he said for the tiny container ( the one I wanted) I could buy for $1. I agreed. I tried to ask if it typically wasincluded in the price and he became rude and condescending and told me he didn?t want to argue. I wasn?t arguing or rude I justwanted to understand the policy. I know it?s only a $1, but it really rubbed me the wrong way and I will happily frequent adifferent Shah?s in the future. Read more
