An employee there fought with my mother who is a senior citizen because they got her order wrong. He fought and argued with her... like a dog. He questioned her with a disrespectful tone as if she was on trial for simply telling this so-called restaurant thatthe order was prepared incorrectly and to prepare it correctly. Now, you?re on trial in the High Google Court of public opinion.I am finished with the bad, disrespectful attitude here. You will never see business from my family and friends again in thearea. I am writing to Paul or whoever currently owns this faux restaurant. Your staff is beyond inappropriate and completelyincompetent to be working in customer relations. You get the order completely wrong but that is our fault? You are going toscream and yell at a senior citizen like a punk? Unacceptable! What gives? How about listening to the customer and caring to getthe order correct the first time? There are so many other Italian restaurants in the area that are not only superior but theydon?t give me this kind of angry, rage filled attitude. This is a bad, glorified pizzeria.
