The food was the only saving grace for this restaurant. We happened to get lucky and be set with a family who interacted with us... and made the experience better. The customer service from the manger was subpar at best. Read more
ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I’m so angry I brought my father here to celebrate Father’s Day! This place is so nasty I mean... the health dept will definitely be getting a call! The pics are proof of the surface nasty we saw here! This use to be a topshelf, upscale dining experience and now it’s a Memphis hole in the wall! If my parents wasn’t older I would have walkedout! Benihana needs to be ashamed they operating so poorly! It’s just nasty and a darn shame the owners has allowed thebusiness so go so poorly! The staff all outside hanging out smoking , etc! Food and Chef was excellent. The server was new and we had to reach over the hot table for everything. She needs to walk around... the table and place everything on table. She grabbed everything with her hand over it. Made it very uncomfortable and didn’teat the salad or soup because her hand was over it. She was a nice girl but clearly not properly trained to serve. The hostesswas horrible as well. Made a reservation for 2:15 then started rushing us and yelling our name outside the door and saying ourtable was ready at 2:01.
