Ha! This is the reason people HATE McDonald's: I placed an APP order via McDonald's APP at 1119PM, pulled into to drive-thru and... waited behind 2 cars. After approx. 7-10mins., one car pulled out and angrily sped off, leaving one car in front of me and onecar(still) in the inner lane. Car no. 1 had enough time to light and FINISH a cigarette, still no contact - inside lane car leftjust as another car pulled up. The 2nd/new car's driver got out and looked inside to see if anyone was present, returned andtold me they were standing there"talking and laughing." Meanwhile, car no. 1 in front of me left, slowly as if consideringstaying. I pulled forward and waited, I heard the inside lane speaker get acknowledged before mine, let her pull forward, thenwaited my turn. After 3 more minutes, of saying and politely repeating "I have an app order," I pulled on to the first window.There was an attendant counting her register, I waited another minute then she rudely slammed her window open and stared at me.I said, "hi, I have an app order," in which she responded, "well you need to get back in line because I'm not taking any ordersat the window, I just got here." I replied, "I have an app order and tried explaining that at the window"- she said "hold on,"slammed the window and yelled at someone in the front. This lady slammed the window back open, told me there was no Uber order,and I need to get back in line - I had had enough. I informed her AGAIN that this was a McDonalds app order, told her I was NOTgetting back in line and my card was charged already - she slammed the window, yelled at someone inside again and came back toask my name. Then she flipped her screen around so that I could see the message on the screen 'order timed out,' then sheNASTILY stated "so you still have to pay" - I replied "that's fine, it took too long for you guys to acknowledge the order onceI arrived, so, yeah my order timed out." Been back in Memphis for two weeks. This McDonald's is close to the house. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE &... PRODUCTS. IS the WORST by far. Asked for no ice in my drink. The drinK WHICH WAS served warm & flat. Ordered two chicken hot &spicy both were cold, and Fire cold as well. TWO CHEESBUGWES WERE ? warned ? over... Took the drink back and requested a?fresh? one. Did pick up order for breakfast and it typically takes about five minutes. The worker who brought me my food was kind and had a... great attitude. Also, my food was piping hot so I know it was freshly made. Read more
