There needs to be a ZERO STAR OPTION. Went to this McDonald?s drive through at 7:15 this morning. The ?man? on the speaker asked... our order which was ONLY a large hot mocha. He asked again what the order was I repeated it again. Then nothing. I repeated a3rd time & still got no response. There was only one car with a black woman behind me who started screaming & honking because Iwasn?t moving because the employee wasn?t taking my order. There was a black female employee walking near the speakers at thesame time and I was told to take my white a** somewhere else. There were 3 cars already ahead of me. All of the other cars hadblack people in them. All 4 cars got orders taken & were served. We were not. I should?ve read the VERY POOR reviews beforehandbecause apparently this is just a trashy McDonald?s period. Read more
Thursday October the 13th at night at 6'45 the cashier took my order and said after I was done they was not taken No cash only... debit cards So I use my debit card for the big Mac Meal and I know for sure my funds was on my card I called my debit cardbefore I made the purchase so the cashier said my card was decline but it was not my funds had came off the card successfully.So when I find out my funds came off my card I went back through the drive thur and hopping too get a better results but know.The cashier had lied said they she did not take my funds off my card but it happened I did get my funds back or know food poorcustomer service the only things that another employee suggest too come back tomorrow too see if it came out and still did notgive me No type of food or nothing Read more
Lets just say if I could give a zero I would. This was by far the worse service ever received. There was no one at the window to... take money, they didn't have but two types of drinks to choose from, and once getting to the window the clerk was rude. Iunderstand stores are short staff, but this is the time to maintain customers by being polite, don't push them away. Read more
