Truly the worst Moe?s experience in the south. No greeting whatsoever, when you walk in. Staffs are completely oblivious of... pick-up order customers. I would expect Moe?s to set up a separate station for pick-up orders, like Chipotle or Qdoba. Ofcourse, I wouldn?t write such a harsh review without the classic ?forgot our order.? But the worst part is that they were notwilling to make the food even AFTER we paid for the order online. So I just left after waiting for 50 minutes to get my food,which I never got. Read more

Extremely messy and unsanitary handling of food, specifically chicken. Extremely inconsistent portions. My burrito looks like it... was thrown against the wall with a little rice and one single slice of bell pepper. Poor service, poor stocking, and zerocommunication between the workers. Read more

I rarely review negative comments in my posts because I aim to share and promote amazing local eateries wherever I travel to. I... ordered a pick-up meal at 5:10 PM. The restaurant was somewhat busy, but I couldn?t identify the pick-up station. I stoodwaiting for several minutes, but the staff didn?t even greet us with their brand?s iconic ?welcome to Moe?s.? All I receivedfrom the staff were dry stare and completely lack of order in the kitchen. Anyway, they said my pick-up order never ?wentthrough? because of their app?s glitch. Although we had already paid for the order, they REFUSED to make our order since it was?on the system.? After waiting for an hour and half, I left empty-handed with no food.
